Our windows and doors contribute to better SAP scores and Energy Ratings and in partnership with our secure, professional supply chain, we install EWI, ventilation, solar and other MCS accredited measures that improve the energy efficiency of your housing stock. As PAS 2030 and PAS 2035 certified, we assume the principle contractor role meaning that warranties come from us.
However, for us, the key to successful retrofit and decarbonisation programmes, is to take a consultative and strategic approach to Whole House refurbishments. For example, we will not fit windows into a property if the ventilation hasn’t been installed.
Working in partnership with our clients, and taking a consultative approach, everything we do is to ensure maximum energy efficiency, maximum resident warmth and comfort, and maximum value for money.
We can also provide evidence and support for clients who are trying to access funding.
