With an ethos of direct-delivery, acting as the principle contractor, our skilled, reliable and highly capable installation teams have extensive experience of operating within occupied properties.

Because we control the manufacture and installation of doors and windows, clients can rely on us for on time programme delivery, managed by nominated contract managers, and supported by a team of supervisors, RLO and a senior management team.
All Planned Maintenance programmes are delivered by compliant and consistent processes, externally audited as evidenced by our BSI and Trustmark accreditations. Our positive approach to resident engagement is endorsed by tpas, and our commitment to social value is underpinned by our Level 2 Social Value Management Certificate.
