When it comes to Healthy Homes. we’ve all been so focused on Awaab’s Law, but that’s only Phase 1. The next phase will see HHSRS assess on 29 housing hazards, creating even more focus on addressing longstanding issues around property disrepair and holistically safe and healthy homes.
There is no doubt about the emergence of a national housing strategy that aligns standards, effectively merging goals from housing quality, safety and environmental sustainability. The Healthy Homes agenda is clearly positioned as a way to harmonise housing quality and health.
ABP is proud to be spearheading new initiatives – like full package Damp, Mould & Condensation delivery solutions and healthy ventilation strategies, to help clients achieve holistically Healthy Homes in effective ways.
We are working in collaboration with supply chain partners and organisations like the NHMF Healthy Homes Working Group and their procurement provider, NHMF Frameworx.
